This text is designed to help law students recognize and understand the basic principles and issues of tax law covered in a law school course. Includes fundamental concepts of federal tax law, organization and capital structure of corporations, and organization and operation of partnerships. Authors discuss tax consequences of each entity and differentiate between distributions for corporations in complete liquidations and those not in complete liquidations.
Awesome. THe product said that it was in good shape. But it was better than good. It looks brand new besides a few pages bent. No writing, highlighting. Awesome!!!
"Great supplement for a Business Taxation class"
Written By: Eric Sellars
As a companion to the Fundamentals of Business Enterprise Taxation textbook by the same authors, buying this supplement is a no-brainer. The textbook is fine, but never having taken a tax class before, I would not have been able to distill out the rules the way in which this outline does and I wish I'd bought it much earlier in the semester. The fact that it is keyed almost exactly to the textbook sections makes it easy to find specific concepts I was having trouble with.
"A must have for Corp tax!"

This broke down all the difficult prose of textbook texts into clear and concise paragraph explanations. So organized and extremely helpful - it really made the class a lot easier.
"Best study aid on these subjects"
Written By: Paul Paschelke
Hands down this is the best study aid for corporate and partnership tax I've found. This helped me get an A and A+ in those classes. It covered the exact same material as the text book (same authors), but much more clearly and concisely. Also, it contains allot of useful examples as well as review problems. I found the review problems especially helpful close to exam time.
